Commentary
A gift of Scripps Fine Art Foundation, this piece was thrown by Scripps ceramics instructor Paul Soldner. Soldner a renowned ceramic artist, headed the Scripps Ceramics Annual, the longest-running contemporary exhibition of ceramics in the nation, for three decades.
