Object Description
Two circular paintings, arranged one over the other, on a scroll. The scenes depicted seem to be of daily life. The uppermost composition depicts an old man with a staff and a boy, outdoors on a path that leads to the doorway of what appears to be a bamboo structure. Large gray outcropping of rock is in the foreground, on the left. There are two trees near the structure near the bamboo structure. The lower painting depicts two seated figures in the center, one leaning on a barrel, the other against a basket. To the right, in the foreground, there is a figure in blue, leaning against what appears to be a wooden bench. A bucket is in the foreground, center, and to the left, middle ground, there are a pine tree and a large stone outcropping. The pine branches over the top of the painting.
