Object Description
Bust in form of a vessel, part of a chess set (L78.1.668 a-hh). Figure abstracted - neck and arm form base, nose, mouth and cheeks form top along with right hand, which is held up to face level. Features exaggerated in caricature form. Black and white pinstripes, a white lustre collar, and gold lustre decals decorate the piece. Topped with ceramic curls (hair).
