From the album series, "lmagio and Poetics", which showcased Masahiro Kurita's "koguchi-mokuhan• prints accompanied by
his poems and essays. Size of the closed booklet is 180 x 220 mm.
This booklet contains two prints. (1) A print featuring the front of Ginnan (Ginkgo fruit) book store. He found a wonderful used
book, which contained an illustration made in "koguchi-mokuhan• technique. Size of Image Area: 62 x 82 mm. (2) "Natsukashiki
Roji Ura" (Back Alley in Nostalgia). A small cafe at a back alley, which the artist used to visit. Size of Image Area: 93 x 125 mm.
"Wood-engraving" (Koguchi-mokuhan in Japanese) uses the end-grain of hard wood instead of the side-grain. ft can create very
detailed, albeit rather small, designs. Not many artists use this difficult wood block printing method nowadays.

"Mas Kurita" is signed in pencil on the lower margin.
