Object Description
Old fashioned wooden buildings line a street in what appears to be a Japanese village. A street runs from the foreground to the background, and another meets it in the midground. At that point, a figure with a tall, wooden ladder stands. The ladder is so tall that it twists at the top, just visible at the top of the page. Banners dot the street. A slim, haggard looking figure peers out at the viewer from the right.
