Note from the donor: "Hikaru Yamada lives near Kyoto. This was in a show in Italy. I picked it over some other pieces because it is two sided. Much of his work is just frontal although it stands freely.

Stamp (flower shape) in clay on top in corner.

Slab formed mat and gloss glazed stoneware.
