Commentary
"A rich variety is present in her work because she uses a wide range of forms and surface treatments. Her stoneware Vase, 1954, balances a green glaze with crosshatching. Its leaf designs are typical, as botanical drawings are often found in her pottery. Wildenhain's interpretation of natural color and motif characterizes her work."
