Object Description
Woodblock print from the series "Twelve Months of Noh Pictures" (J. Juni-ka-getsu Noh ga Suri). This print, depicting the Noh play "Miidera" (Mii Temple), is for the month of September. During the harvest moon festival, a mother finds herself by the famed belfry of the Mii Temple.
