Object Description
Color woodblock print depicting a scene from the Noh play Hajitomi (The Lattice Shutter) (Category 3, Woman Play). The ghost of Lady Yugao, a former lover of Prince Genji (see Tale of Genji, Ch. 04), appears behind a lattice door, performs a dance about her time with Genji, and fades away at sunrise.
