Object Description
A necklace of pre-Columbian era small stone beads and small terracotta beads strung on a cotton thread. Of Mayan/Mesoamerican origin. The stone beads are of different types of stone and are all formed and polished flat rounded forms (cheerio-shaped). The terracotta beads are the same shape and size as the stone beads, and are cream and black from reduction. There are 72 beads.
