Medium
Terracotta, probably cast. This piece has a natural glaze that comes out during the firing. There may also be some orange paint applied.

Object Description
Plumbate terracotta jar in the form of a wolf or dog, with a short cylindrical neck. The forelegs are more prominent than the back legs. There is also a little tail on the back. It is glazed in olive with a slight irridencence on the left side. There is some orange paint on one foreleg and two holes in the back of each of the forelegs.
