Medium
The front of the screen is composed of four panels of brown silk, painted in white, pink, yellow, rust and brown paints. The back of the screen is made up of four panels of brown silk with embroidered designs. Each panel is framed with lacquered wood, and the panels are connected by metal eyelets and brown cotton laces.

Object Description
Four panel Chinese screen with light brown silk panels on the front and back. The front has a painted image of trees with flower blossoms in white, yellow, and pink. The back has an embroidered image of a landscape with white egrets, a house, and a pavillion amongst trees. The image is embroidered in white and shades of blue and brown.
