Cast bronze with a silvered surface.
Object Description
Heavy, eight-lobed mirror with a large, crouching animal boss. The central field is decorated with four birds alternating with a plant motif which rises to the outer dividing rim. The rim has a floral design and the lobes contain plant motifs, typical of the linghua style.
