Commentary
From the series, "Osaka Fukei," ("Scenery of Osaka"), No. 13. "Taisho Bashi": The Taisho Bridge as seen from a harbor. The index of the series notes, "The artist Rinsaku Akamatsu, an authority on Western-style painting in Japan, selected these 24 views of Osaka, known for their scenic beauty in Pre-War days." The work is embossed. The print comes with a copy of the series index.
