This little vessel contains the remants of a note in pencil. What can still be read is as follows: satzuma/Kinko fans/satzuma/ 80 yr. old/ made in Kinkotum Japan. It has a diameter of 3 1/8 inches.

There is a seal on the bottom of the pot as well as a very worn stamp

The decoration includes gold in the glazing.

Object Description
A squat, round little vessel with a dragon-like handle at either side of the rim. Figures of what appear to be male saints (complete with halos) decorate one side of the pot. On the other, a group of five females in richly decorated kimonos.
