Object Description
Late Edo period color woodblock print depicting a courtesan dreaming of a Daimyo procession entering Kyoto, while her attendant looks at a Hiroshige print of "53 Stations of the Tokaido." This large series by different artists and publishers was made for the commemoration of shogun Tokugawa lemochi's historic travel from Edo to Kyoto to pay respect to the emperor.
