Object Description
Twisted and convoluted vase form, with slightly convoluted oversized handles attached at each side. The treatment of the clay evokes the folds of cloth. The vase is glazed a satin lustre bronze (likely a copper and manganese glaze), and strike-fired during the cooling cycle to further enhance the lustre of the glaze.
