Object Description
Length of white cotton decorated with a rabbit, possibly used during the moon festival.

Tenugui are Japanese hand towels made of thin, plain weave cotton, usually decorated with resist and painted designs. It can, and is used for anything from a hand towel, washcloth, headband, souvenir or for decorative hanging. They were sometimes made as mementos for special occasions and for company advertisements.
