There is a label on the bottom of the pot which reads: "19-8," and one on the inside of the lid which reads: "6/NY/TRT/W2 67/3-04-67."

Multicolored enamels and gilding on a cast copper base.

Object Description
Japanese cloisonée lidded teapot, with a floral pattern executed in multicolored enamels on a blue and green glittered ground. The handle and spout are coated with a black enamel, and the interior is in teal. The body of the teapot is rounded and it has tiny curved gilded tripod legs. The lid has a daisy shaped knob.
