There is a label, which is coming off, on the right side of the hip, which reads "106." The number "02132" is painted on the bottom in gret, but is faded.

Multicolored enamels and gilding on a cast nearly solid copper base.

Object Description
Turquoise ground Chinese cloisonée fu dog, with a gilded line design throughout, and gilded feet and base. The dog wears a blue and yellow collar with two red tassels. There is a black and gold spiral design on the creature's back and legs. The fur on the fu dog's mane is tonred from black to light green. There is a bumpy surface to the creature's head with a swirling pattern in the black enamel, and thick gold cloisons.
