Object Description
Chinese cloisonée horse shaped container, in a running position. The horse is decorated with red, white, blue and green scroll patterning against a turquoise ground. The tail, hooves, ears and mane are gilded. The oval saddle comes of and serves as a lid to the container. Accompanied by a lacquered wooden stand.
