There are two labels on the bottom which read: "20-30," and "NY6711/MAD/EV/9-18."
Multicolored enamels over a cast copper base.
Small Chinese cloisonné cream pitcher. The bowl has a motif of a green dragons against a black ground. There is a floral border in blues and reds on the top edge and a geometric design on the bottom edge. The interior is covered in aqua enamel.
