Object Description
Small rounded teapot with a floral and dragon pattern executed in multicolored enamels against a black ground with curling cloisons. The design includes lilies and wisteria in roundels, and a band of flowers within a glittered dark green background at the top edge. There is a copper brown foiled enamel band at the bottom edge of the pot with a fish-scale cloison pattern, followed by a red enamel band with circular cloisons. A large, squared-off handle extends across the top of the teapot, from one end to another. The small button lid has a multicolored floral pattern against a black ground with curling gold cloisons. The interior of both pot and lid are coated in green gloss enamel.
