Horse a : There are two stickers on the belly of the horse; one reads: "G/C65" and the other reads: "79/595Y/x22/5-14." Horse b: There are also two stickers on the belly, the first reads "G/C65," and the other reads "71/91x/HTM/x22/5-14." Each base has a sticker on the bottom which reads "G/C65."

Multicolored enamels and gilding on cast bronze base. Accompanied by stained wooden bases.
Object Description
Pair of Chinese cloisonée horses in reddish-brown enamel, in mirrored positions. Each horse wears a saddle with a multicolored floral pattern on a reddish-brown base that matches the horse. The horses each stand on a turquoise platform with multicolored bird and scroll patterning. The horses are decorated with gilding and separately cast gilded brass bells.
