Right panel: There is a signature in a red box in the upper right, and another in the lower right. There are three seals in the lower right, and one in the lower left. Middle panel: There is a signature in a red box in the upper left, and another in the center of the left edge. Four seals are printed in the center of the left edge.
Left panel: There is a signature in a red box in the center of the right side, and another in the center of the left side. There is a signature in a yellow box in the upper left, and seals printed in the center of the left edge and in the lower right.
