Cast porcelain with a white glaze and cobalt underglaze.
Object Description
Late nineteenth to early twentieth century Chinese platter. Large, round porcelain with a rippled edge, in white glaze with a cobalt blue underglaze deisgn on the top and bottom. The top is decorated with birds and landcape scenes, with a flower in the center, and the bottom is a generalized decorative pattern.
