Object Description
Chinese incense burner with a lid and tripod legs. The lid of the object has a dragon-shaped knob and openwork and the tripod legs have the T'ao-T'ieh (glutton mask) decoration. The lotus and scroll decoration is executed in multicolored enamels on a light blue field. The decoration matches the three altar items #73.3.8 a, b, and c.
