Seals all over upper quarter of image on piece. On verso in pencil: Kuniyoshi, Ba IV 78, 3693 Kuniyoshi. On mat in pencil: BA IV 78. Signed: Ichiyusai Kuniyoshi ga. Artist's seal: Kiri. Censor's seal: Double censor's seal (Kinugasa and Hama).

Object Description
Edo period color woodblock print with an image of a woman carrying a wooden tub. The 10th c. poet Oshikochi Mitsune was both a provincial governor and one of four compilers of the imperial anthology Kokin wakashu.
