Listed in the Munthe inventory as a "Study after Ni Tsan. Trees in his style, but mountains are not. 18th century." Seal and inscription of Ni Tsan in the upper right. Seal of Yuan Shih (Kang Hui) in the lower right. In the lower left are the seals of Pi Chao Lim (Ch'ien Lung), and Tien Shui Chao Shih.

The inscription reads: "Recalling the (soul?) after the Autumn rains. Slippery stones washed clean to reflect the blue of the sky. Clear mountain ranges speak of coming fair weather. A thousand peaks surround the stone (hall?). Steep-rooted trees are wonderous companions. The (old baboon?) also knows how to listen to the words of the classics. (illeg) rest it is hard to (illeg).
