Inscription, signature and date by the artist. “All destinies gather together and open the tomb; in the many places amid the five colored clouds, there is Ursa Major. The winter of the guimao year (1603), Wei Zhihuang.”
The quality of this painting is very good and may well be an autograph work by Wei Zhihuang, a late Ming painter from Nanjing.
