Also known as "Tsurunoya Kobori Tomoto," he is a famous Japanese style painter of the Meiji Era. Many of his works are in the holdings of Kokugakuin High School Library, Tokyo. Master of Chikuha Odake (1878-1936), a kuchi-e artist who designed for 'Bungei kurabu', a literary magazine.
