Painter of portraits, and lithographer. Son of the engraver William Say. Showed regularly at the Royal Academy and some at the British Institute in 1825 and 1854. Did a number of portraits and engravings of Samuel Cousins. His works are sometimes confused with those of the young Sir Thomas Lawrence.
