Ukiyo-e printmaker. According to one theory, this artist is the same person as Kiyomasu II, however, prints exist under both names, and he is generally thought to have been the son of Kiyonobu who, on his father's death in 1729, took his name. He became the titular head of the Torii school in 1750, and retired as a printmaker around 1752. A skillful artist producing prints of actors and theatrical scenes in tan-e, urushi-e, and beni-e.
