Italian, (1726–1804) Son of Giovanni Battista Tiepolo
Son of Giovanni Battista Tiepolo. Began to assist his father around 1745 and accompanied him to Madrid. Followed his father's style closely. His own work shows a preference toward genre and caricature. Famous for his engravings and etchings, especially his 22 variations on the theme of the Flight Into Egypt (1753).
